Public Offer for Paid Plans

This is a public offer to anyone who wants to buy a paid plan of Anamnes at getanamnes.com (the “service”). It works together with the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If this offer and the Terms of Service differ on a purchase, this offer applies to that purchase.

You accept the offer by paying for a plan. The agreement is concluded when your payment is confirmed and your access is switched on.

The seller is Egor Pririez, a self-employed individual. To reach the seller, write to support@getanamnes.com.

A paid plan gives your account access to the paid features of the service for the period you chose (for example one, three, six or twelve months), including higher daily limits for AI features. What each plan includes is shown on the pricing page before you pay. The service is digital: there is nothing to deliver, access starts right after payment.

• The price and the billing period are shown before you pay and are the ones that apply to your purchase. Prices can differ by country and can change for future purchases; a change never affects a period you have already paid for.
• Payments are handled by a payment provider (Robokassa). The invoice is issued in Russian rubles; your bank or payment method converts it from your own currency, so the amount in your currency can differ slightly from the price shown in dollars.
• We do not see or store your card details. Any payment fee is paid by the seller, you pay only the price shown at checkout. Your own bank may charge its own fees.
• You receive a payment confirmation by e-mail. A receipt is issued as the law of the seller’s country requires.

A plan is paid in advance for the period you selected. It does not renew automatically unless you clearly choose automatic renewal at checkout. When the period ends, your account returns to the free plan; your cards, history and settings stay, only the paid features and limits end. You can buy again at any time.

• You can ask for a full refund within 7 days after a payment, without giving a reason. Write to us from the e-mail address of your account and name the date of the payment.
• After that, we refund the unused part of the period if the paid features were not available to you because of a problem on our side that we could not fix in reasonable time.
• Refunds go back to the payment method you used, normally within 10 business days; the payment provider and your bank may need more time to show it.
• After a refund the paid plan ends and the account returns to the free plan.

Nothing here limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law where you live.

A plan belongs to one account and one person. You are responsible for keeping your login safe. If access to the paid features does not start after a confirmed payment, write to us and we will fix it or refund the payment.

We may improve or change features. If we remove a paid feature that was a main reason for your plan, or if we close the service, we refund the unused part of the period you paid for. Before that you can download your data in Settings, Your Data, “Download my data”.

Taxes that apply to the sale are included in the price or shown at checkout, as the law requires. If you need a document for your records, write to support@getanamnes.com.

Write to us first, we answer within 10 business days. If we cannot agree, the Terms of Service on governing law and courts apply, without taking away any consumer protection that applies to you by law in the country where you live.
